Return Policy

BALSAM MATERIALS LIMITED provides a 30-day return policy. Customers may request a return within 30 days after receiving their order.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, with original packaging and proof of purchase.
For filament products, the vacuum-sealed packaging must remain unopened and intact. Used, opened, or partially consumed filament products cannot be accepted for return.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is caused by an error from BALSAM MATERIALS LIMITED, including incorrect or defective products.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
If you need to exchange a product, please request a return first.
After your return has been approved and processed, you may place a new order for the replacement product.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days after receiving the goods, without providing a reason, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
